Thermastore & NG Trade Solutions SolarQuotes Review Promotion – Terms & Conditions

  1. PromotionPurchase a Thermastore HeatWave270 Hot Water Heat Pump and receive:
    • A $100 Gift Card when you submit a verified review of your Thermastore Heat Pump on SolarQuotes.
    • A $100 Gift Card when you submit a verified review of your NG Trade Solutions installation on SolarQuotes.
    • Or customers who complete both eligible reviews will receive $200 in Gift Cards ($100 per eligible review).
  2. Eligibility
    • Offer is available to customers who have purchased and had an eligible Thermastore HeatWave270 Hot Water Heat Pump installed by NG Trade Solutions.
    • Reviews must relate to a genuine purchase and installation.
    • Only one reward is available per eligible review, per installed system.
    • Multiple claims for the same installation are not permitted.
  3. How to ClaimTo receive your Gift Card(s), you must:
    • Submit your review(s) via the applicable SolarQuotes review links.
    • Email the following documentation for verification:
      • Copy of your purchase invoice.
      • Screenshot(s) of your published SolarQuotes review(s).
      • Photo of the installed Thermastore Heat Pump.
      • Photo of the unit serial number.

  4. Verification
    • All claims are subject to verification by Thermastore and/or NG Trade Solutions.
    • Gift Cards will only be issued once all required documentation has been received and the reviews have been verified.
    • Thermastore and NG Trade Solutions reserve the right to reject claims that are incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated, or do not meet the promotion requirements.
  5. Mastercard Gift Card
    • Mastercard Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
    • Thermastore and NG Trade Solutions are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or expired Mastercard Gift Cards once issued.
  6. Review Requirements
    • Reviews must comply with SolarQuotes’ review guidelines.
    • Reviews should reflect the customer’s genuine experience. The reward is provided for submitting an honest review, regardless of rating or opinion.
  7. Promotion Period
    • This promotion is valid for eligible purchases made during the promotional period.
    • Claims must be submitted within 90 days of the installation date unless otherwise advised.
  8. General
    • Thermastore and NG Trade Solutions reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
